Love Bug is 17 Months!

Wow! Eloise has really expanded her vocabulary over the past few months! She talks up a storm and much of it we can now understand (and translate for others). However, we still have moments when she is trying desperately to communicate with us and we just don't understand. It seems like everyday she is adding a new word.

Some highlights:

• Weight: 24.5 lb 
• Talking so much! (currently working on names of aunties/uncles and cousins
• Dance parties all the time
• Loves watching Elmo when mom and dad are getting ready for school
• Feeding Walter and telling her "no-no"
• Climbing! Luckily she hasn't attempted to escape the crib!!
• Helping in the kitchen
• Tickling her feet during diaper changes 
• Reading books with Daddy
• Singing songs (E-I-E-I-O, twinkle, walking on sunshine)
• Putting on Mom & Dad's shoes and walking around
• Picking up her toys (sometimes)
• Coloring!!
