Eloise has been talking up a storm in the past month. She liked trick or treating once she figured out she got candy at the door but seemed to like handing out the candy at our house better. She also exercised her civic duty by voting and is still in shock over the outcome of the election. We have to talk about it in whispers so not to upset our little feminist.
Here are a few highlights of Eloise at 16 months!
- She loved the fall pumpkins and had to say hello and goodbye to them when we were outside
- She also liked throwing leaves up but wasn't excited about being buried in a pile of them
- Loved meeting her newest cousin Owen Matthew born 11/11!
- Has many words
- moo (moon)
- hi
- da (dad)
- ma (mom)
- milK
- what's dat?
- no
- bye
- ow
- Millie (Aunt Erica's dog)
- eye
- nose
- Consistently points to body parts (eye, nose, feet, belly)
- Animal sounds (roar, ruff, meow)
- Playing with tractors, cars, trucks anything with wheels
- Dumping out her blocks and standing on the empty container
- Still loves daycare and all her friends at Kathy's house
