Nineteen Months!
Eloise has been working very hard this last month on learning new words. It feels like every day she adds to her vocabulary. It also is getting easier to understand her words and for her to communicate what she wants. She still loves to climb any time she can and we have a dance party every night. When we get home from school/daycare she likes to play outside if it is nice out and rarely wants to come inside. Although Walter doesn't appreciate it, Eloise is her number one source of food, both dog and table. Anytime her food dish is empty Eloise opens the cupboard and gets out Walter's food. She brings me or Matt Walter's dish and then fills it with food. She also puts the cover back on the food bin before setting the dish down. We found an animal memory game that she loves to play. She can match the animals but also likes to dump the box out and toss the cards around. Another favorite is coloring and requests a drawing of Elmo anytime the crayons are out. We had her 18 month check-up on the 10th. She is 33 inches and 25.75 pounds.....and growing everyday!!
Pre-Spring Fun
We've had crazy spring-like weather lately, as in 60+ degrees in the middle of February! Eloise has loved being able to play outside.
